It’s a flat. It’s exactly situated in La Zenia, La Zenia is near Campoamor. The flat is walking-distance from the beach. It’s 5 minutes.
The apartment has a beautiful single bedroom and a big couple bedroom with own bathroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a nice views of the beach and the dintance you can see the sport port.
On the other hand there is a toilet next to the single room. There’s a modern kitchen with all modern furniture necessary.
Finally, the is a larger living room when there is a sofa, a table, 6 cahirs and several cupboards, but the most important is air conditioning in all spaces. From the living room you can see the communal swimming pool.
This apartment is near the sea and there are several beaches. In the night the moon reflects in the water and it’s beautiful. Near the apartment there are a lot of stores where you can buy clothes. Back from this apartment there is amazing place where you can relax with the songs of the birds. In front of it there is a large swimming pool for share with the other neighbours.
It’s perfect for a family with 3 members who loves the Mediterranean beach. The house is not suitable for pets and people can’t use lifts on weekends. Besides, people musn’t hang up the washing in the balcone for aesthetics.
