Dear Ms/Mr Gómez  / Sir Madam

Last month on April 25, I ordered a frying pan from your website (order reference #ca087634087). On the web we could read that the material was aluminium, but when I received it, it was cast iron.

When I called customer service they were very rude and they said that it was impossible to take it back because it was a special offer.

I have bought many things from you over the years and I have always had a good service.I expect it is only a departure from your high standards and I’d like to change it for a similar one.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely / faithfully.

Dear Ms/Mr Gómez  - Sir/ Madam

Last month I ordered a t-shirt from your website (Order reference #ce8981) Before placing the order I read the conditions carefully and the item was in stock.

When it arrived it was a different size. I phoned the customer service line and the person, Mariah, was very rude. She told me that it was not her fault and that she couldn’t change it.

I bought many things from you over the years and I haven’t had any problem. I can only Imagine that this is a departure from your usual high standards. I hope you can solve the problem as soon as you can.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely / faithfully.
